However, this post created a bit controversy in the comment section someone commented that instead of the black woman if the body complexion of the mentioned women were white, would they have celebrated in the same way.

Another social media user said, white girls winning these beauty awards would not have created much hype as they are winning it for many years. He also mentioned it’s indeed a moment of celebration for the black community as in many parts of the world they are still treated as minorities.
