Taking the entire world by storm, the COVID-19 outbreak has forced the countries to impose a lockdown and ban social gatherings. The virus has killed so many people across the entire world, and also affected a dozen entertainers and celebrities.

Earlier this week, a report revealed that Chris Cuomo was infected by the coronavirus. E! Online also claimed that many of his co-workers are feeling bad for him and even Don Lemon tears up for Chris Cuomo amid his coronavirus diagnosis

This Tuesday, the 49-year-old anchor revealed that he was tested positive for the virus. Through his social media page, Cuomo revealed the difficult time has become tougher as he had also been infected with the coronavirus.

Cuomo had mentioned in his post earlier this week that he had come into contact with some people who were affected, and with each passing day, the symptoms started to become more visible, including chills, shortness of breath, etc.

Later that evening, his fellow host, Don Lemon mentioned on television that he was feeling low and ‘distracted’. BiannaGolodryga, the CNN analyst, who was also live on the program, tried to comfort him and to ‘focus on the headlines’.

Lemon, while removing his tears with a tissue, made a joke that Cuomo was probably laughing at him right now, sitting at home. The host also went on to explain that he and Cuomo were very good friends and lived very close to each other.

And, according to Don, he often used to stop by the home of Cuomo to pay him a visit and also brought his dogs sometimes. As it was mentioned above, Cuomo is not the only public figure infected by the virus.

Celebrities such as Idris Elba, Tom Hanks, Prince Charles, Rita Wilson, and many have been infected by COVID-19. On the other hand, some have died, like Andrew Jack, who passed away earlier this week. Jack is famous for his appearances in the renowned Star Wars franchise and for being a dialect coach.
