Nearly, it has been a month since Russia invaded Ukraine. More than 10 million people have fled the country leaving their homes behind. Key cities of Ukraine have suffered many unprecedented attacks, financial damage. Yet, Russia is relentless in its provocation to war.

 Amidst this, a Hollywood couple Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis has been able to raise more than 35 million USD The president t of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appreciated this and said that “They have inspired the world”.

 In a post on Instagram, the president of the invaded country shared an image of a video conference of him with the fundraiser couple and praised the whole matter.

 The couple started this campaign earlier this month. In a video, Kunis said that she was “born in 1983 in Ukraine”. She added, “I have always been proud of being an American. But today, I have never been more proud of being a Ukrainian”

Her husband Kutcher said, “I have never been more proud of being married to a Ukrainian.”

 The couple also appealed, “Ukrainians are proud and brave people who deserve our help in their time of need. This unjust attack on Ukraine and humanity at large is devastating and the Ukrainian people need our support”.

 

 The couple hit ‘the 30-million goal on 17th March, and posted a thanksgiving video for those who supported them with their parts.
