If you see the trending news then you will find a long list of bans appearing every day. Lately, many players and users have been banded either permanently or temporarily. Twitch added a new name to that list of ‘no streaming’. Mihail ‘Dosia’ Stolyarov Banned From Twitch For A Week Due To Words Said On Stream.

The professional CS:GO player Mihail ‘Dosia’ Stolyarov is known to be the mellow uncle on Twitch that speaks in obscene language every time he opens his mouth in a decidedly laid-back way and people are frustrated to observe such profanities on every stream in Russia.

Today he used a word called ‘pidor’ in the Russian language which means ‘faggot’. This stream was immediately suspended and Twitch banned him for a long week.

It was rumored that Twitch measured Dosia’s bust before handing out the ban and he was not found with any special considerations tagged along with him. As he did not take advantage of women, the ban processed smoothly.

Though the fans have been showing extreme support in his favor to withdraw the ban from his streaming some words are beyond profanity as these hurt people’s emotions too. The serious words of mockery that he has been using are creating frustrations and make him a disgusting personality with crass and uncouth behavior. It is important to put restrictions when someone is trying to attack a particular community.it is not always easy to refrain people from using a homosexual term as an insult. They may have some sexual preference behind their comments but this kind of utterance only creates rage and shows their stupidity on a public platform.

Most of the time, such profanities are excused by the mass viewers but luckily the Russian Twitch viewers immediately started slamming for Dosia’s statements on the stream. Twitch, being an active observer of such popular streams, further suspended Dosia for a week without thinking about any special consideration due to his solid presence on the internet. No wonder why Twitch continues to ban famous streamers lately.

Though some fans see the banning process as a new hindrance, Twitch has been silently keeping the streamers suspended for a while. This is pretty much as ‘cut and dry’ as they can come.

Though Twitch’s decision seems ethical, some fans can’t help but defend Dosia stating that the word is placed in a different context of Russian culture and Twitch cannot ban everything that seems to be oppressive for the American culture.

The fans argued that according to some websites, ‘pidor’ has Armenian origin and it means ‘dear friend’ or ‘the happiest person’. But Dosia might have used it as part of the common rants he usually has on every stream.

It is obvious that many people have found the terms he used before as offensive and cannot be taken as the usual obscenity of a streamer. Twitch can make any decisions for the streams and they don’t have to answer about what they want to censor on this platform. They welcome talented streamers and also suspend them from making content if they use uncomfortable words that can work as an incendiary will not be tolerated.
