The group and various affiliates are known to be headed by convicted felons, including Stan Fitzgerald, infamous for his involvement in the 1990s Sports Memorabilia forgery ring “Operation Bullpen”.
Kramer’s involvement with VFAF raises questions about her judgment and ethics as Fulton’s next DA. Notably, Kramer served as a “VFAF Ambassador” and served as legal counsel involving the group’s faking a Trump trademark for illegal licensing agreements.

Additionally, the scammers use the organization to solicit donations earmarked for veterans and the Trump campaign.
